West Indies need a new captain! I think Shimron Hetmyer

I really think West Indies need a new white ball captain , I've got nothing against Jason Holder but captaincy is a results business , I think Shimron Hetmyer would be a good choice , he's often been accused of batting with immaturity well nothing matures a cricketer faster than leadership . I think West Indies could do with a young captain who will grow as the team grows .

How much more worse did the team have to perform before the captain gets sacked? If it was Australia England India the captain would've been fired for being number 9 on the table.

Hetmyer barely have the brains to constructively build an innings and not throw away his wicket. I doubt he plan for batsmen and set a field for an entire innings.

I can't say I've seen him much outside of being a full Windes player and some T20. What I've seen from him (and the majority of these players) don't inspire much confidence.

Michael Holding made a good point in one of the games. West Indies batsmen don't have the experience in the longer format of the game so they never learned how to build an innings or manage an innings in different situations. Playing Mickey Mouse cricket don't teach you anything. These players would score a quick 30 in 5 boundaries in 1 innings from 10 and everyone with Pat them on they back and say they are the best thing since sliced bread.

In a WIndies team where the most memorable thing is the size of the gold chain and watching Cottrell look like an idiot Everytime he salute yer might as well give it to Hetmyer. Youth and rashness could turn out to be a good experiment.
