The CID in New Amsterdam Police Station was robbed today. Among items stolen are files for certain cases. The Minister of Public security keeps insisting that crime is under control even as fear stalks the land. Everyday there are reports of bandits invading homes, murders, armed robberies in the streets, etc. Now even the police stations are being robbed. But the minister says everything is ok. No wonder the people have lost confidence in APNU/AFC .
