'Merica in 2018 Regional50

Now official. Team "USA" to be in 2018 Regional50 tourney. In past was
combined 'Mericas team (Canucks, 'Merica, Bermuda) but ICC now only
pushin' 'Merica cricket...even if it means puttin' unqualified
team into tourney they have no biz bein in.

Guyana may finally be able to win an ODI regional Title !
