not according to the reports I have read about the use of the land

but even if that is in fact the case ho the fuck come the solution is to give it back to the white man?

I can think of many nationalist projects that land could be put to..including leaving it fallow. the land does not belong to the white people. giving them the land again helps them to take over again. just watch!
