New Delhi, Dec 10 (ANI): Sri Lanka defeated India in the first ODI by seven wickets in Dharmshala on Sunday. Indian batting line-up led by skipper Rohit Sharma crumbled in front of Sri Lankan pacers especially Sangram Lakmal who took 4 wickets giving away just 13 runs. Sri Lanka opted to bowl first after winning the toss and restricted India to a mere total of 112. Former captain MS Dhoni was the only batsman from Indian side to score a respectable half century 65 (87). Sri Lankans easily chased down the target by losing only three wickets and 30 overs to spare. It is Indiaโ€™s third biggest defeat when it comes to balls remaining for the other side to chase the target.
