let me restate my point....

Jags was bad.  He did a lot of bad things.  But Guyana was safer during his time.

Roger was needed to curb the crime. The police was impotent in dealing with the criminals.  They ran for cover.

yeah, Roger Khan eliminated many.  But he didnt do it out of the goodness of his heart for the country .. he was engaging in a turf war.  and the crooked PPP peeps capitalized on that.
