It's a good move by WIPA to have proposed this amnesty which allows a number of rejected players to able to participate once again. Some of these players had shunned WIPA as their bargaining agent for one reason or the other but it seems that WIPA was able to look past the stance that these players had taken and has intervened on their behalf.
