Two of the 12 jurors in the Bill Cosby sexual assault trial held out on convicting the entertainer on two counts, according to one of the jurors. The juror, speaking anonymously with ABC News, said the holdouts were “not moving, no matter what†on their positions. On a third count, only one juror thought Cosby was guilty. The judge declared a mistrial in the case after the jurors could not come to a consensus on any of the counts. The juror added that the atmosphere in the room was tense, with one juror punching a wall at one point. “If we kept going, there was definitely going to be a fight. They had five sheriff’s deputies at the door and they could hear us and they kept coming in because they thought we were already fighting,†the juror added. Earlier Wednesday, the judge ordered that the jurors’ names be released, and cautioned them against discussing specifics of the deliberations.
