judge go t'row it out if there is no phyical assault.  dat wud be the only relative charge dat wud stik..assault.

no police will arrest  a man fuh bullin' his wife.  no judge would convict were there a charge.  deh wud have to convict bullers first and deh stop doing dat.  defacto therefore 353-55 moot,  done, to be wiped off the books
