its the same story with Irish War Cry.  the dam is weak from back to the current day..a descending pedigree..a pedigree worst now than back in the  past.  you wont be winning top Classic races with Bold Ruckus, Beau Genius and Polish Numbers in your pedigree.

you may win a few prep graded stakes but no Derbys

Gormley is a strange one.  his pedigree is much better top and bottom..although on the bottom I have not much faith in Bernstein as a top class sire.

yet Gormley is better but did not run to  his class in the Derby.  however he is one to look forward to as a  later developer.  later this year and next year if they let him run in his fourth year those paying attention may win a lot of money on that horse as he comes fully into himself
