"KRAIGG BRATHWAITE — WEST INDIES

613 runs at 55.72 across eight Tests, one century, high score of 142 not out

Remember the name, Kraigg Brathwaite. The 24-year-old has gone from strength to strength as a Test opener this year, passing 50 in six of his 14 innings. Fittingly, he was man of the match in the Windies’ only Test win of the year, notching an unbeaten 142 and 60 in a win over Pakistan in Sharjah."

Bairstow did far, far better than I realized along the way.  and he can score big too.

I am sorry Moeen did not make it.  Moeen is one of my fave players for a long time now and he had a great year

Ashwin is one of my favorite players to hate.  west indies can never get him out.  and he bowls west indies down too.
but he is a very, very, very good player indeed..world class.
Kohli too

if west indies can get over its administration and manage to put its best team in a test match on the field, it might benefit Paint a whole lot.  with the best support we can muster that man might explode in scoring like we used to get in the old days from Hunte, Kanhai, Kallie, Rowe etc

I agree. Bairstow did throw us in for a bit of a surprise....a good one, of course. I wonder what else we can look forward to this next toss....
