"In worse news, the reason Bravo and Samuels turned down their central contracts is because they were offered C grade salaries. So your two most senior men were offered lower contract grades than youngsters. Everytime the WI move forward, the WICB does something to make sure they go backwards again. This time it took less than 12 hours.
Nobody honestly cares that much about Samuels - he's on his way out - but antagonising your best batsman and the leader of the batting lineup is not the best idea!" - Beamer (cricketweb.com)

according to the WICB, range from US$100,000 to US$150,000 per annum.
The contracts for the period are based on performances from October 1, 2015 to September 2016.

If the WICB says US$100,000 is their lowest salary, I assume that's the C grade which Bravo was offered and rejected. I assume Bravo wants $150,000 and that this is the A grade.
Bravo should be getting a B grade. Holder, who has a A grade, should be getting a C grade.
To put things in perspective: a doctor's salary in the US is about $156,000 a year. A teacher's salary is about $47,000.
