Maybe - i waiver on this one because of the niqab - because the face veil is not an islamic dress - its something that was worn to cover the face of a man or woman during sand storms and not this bullshit excuse these muslims are making up today.  If a woman wants to wear her Hijab - i see nothing wrong with it.  at civic ceremonies like swearing in for citizenship - i think you should show your face.
