what are the rules for people to use PM? 

I am hearing that some folks use it to abuse other posters!

why are they not getting banned?!!!!!

no one has told me that.

pm me if you feel abused by pm and i will take away pm from that person.

is there a way for a poster to block PMs from another poster?  I would rather see an auto message to a blocked poster saying : "Blocked, Biatch!!!"

wat you must do..shud do is investigate the matter thoroughly, prove there is indeed a case of abuse and bring it here for action.
