Black people who practice violence and crime are certainly to blame. They have brought this image upon an average black citizen. Every time they commit a crime, they make the police believe that basically every black is something similar to them.


Another thing to blame is, of course, a historical racism. It lies deep within the American society. It has always been spiritually divided. Also, it's been only 50-ish years since blacks were given the absolute freedom.
