Folks we gotta spin a toss versus Australia !
We note that when we Win and sent South Africa to Bat
fancying ourselves as "GREAT run chasers"
heaven knows where we got that idea :-[
343 the highest score in the Tourney so far, was belted against us!
Yesterday AB win Toss and sent us in, fancying they can use 4 seamers and skittle us.
they almost did with a scoreline of 24 - 4 !
top order eliminated with our most in form perishing for a DUCK !
However at the end , they could NOT run chase 285 !
So its quite a predicament
Australia has the dangerous Starc and packed with Seamers albeit some fast Mediums.
Gabriel 90 mph works well in barbados , the site of the FINAL
bring back Jerome in Tandem ?
and BOWL first ?
OR bank on our momentum and BAT ?
Bowl first if possible, I think.
We lost bowling second vs Australia twice, and won once batting second.
Reason though TD , we did NOT post a score of 300 and above !
I contend the Team that CANNOT score 300 and up
LOSE this FINAL
On the Tins first or Chasing !
So lets agree we Cannot get to 300+
Lets hope that fortune will favor us so BOWL first
and get OZ all gone for 250 8)
The problem is Starc.
WI only won their one game vs Australia because Starc sat out.
Now he's back.
