Ramadan 1437(2016) Starts.....

That's what I do Nargis.......I make my intention right after the last Ramadan ended.

and so far, by the Grace of God, I haven't had any issues.....with hunger or health.

i find when you make your intention and you just go with it....you get through it


by no means is it easy...but Allah helps us through it.
