Head Coach and Director of Cricket

Okay Folks ,

Last time we won a T20 WC:

Ottis Gibson was Coach and you all have seen him on the English squad we defeated

Back then there was no position called Director of Cricket

Fast forward to 2016 :

Players are the same as 2012 with 1 or 2 exception.


there is now a Director named Richard Pybus

and new Head Coach is named Phil Simmons (deserter of the Ireland squad)

AND the Squad still WIN

poster Mapoui has always demanded the removal of these 2 positions as a waste of Money

Is there some merit to this ?  :-\
