I remember. But I wouldn't necessarily consider that a stain on his character. he was wrong. he made a mistake as he himself admitted.

Lendl admitted as well and paid 100 K + in Fines to the Victim.

Uncle Phil admitted to save his 300 K paycheck  and keep his job.

That does not change the inherent character of the man.

A number of persons seem to think Phil is of good character. But I don't know him so I can't really say. Wouldn't judge him too harshly because of that incident though.
