misrepresenting statement of Win or Lose the regional tourney "does not matter" :

without the more important context of who gets the CAP

misrepresenting that some squads are fielding a B and C team hence their LOW ranking :

without the more important context that said  A team "refuse to play 4 or 5 day format"

and some outright refusing central contracts for TEST cricket.
