Prior to the start of the Asia Cup, Bangladesh had won just twice in 13 T20 matches against top 8 opposition at home. Their only T20 home wins came against West Indies in 2011 and Pakistan last year.

They are 0-6 in overseas T20 matches against the top 8 teams. Having dug a little deeper, I think I may strike them out as being a dark horse candidate at the World Cup.

This is not a Top 8 teams contest

This have UAE as part of ASIA
