Is eating out lunch and dinner ever day a healthy thing to do?

For us, eating out is a treat.....not the norm.

Plus....eating out cannot be cheaper than cooking and eating at home

even fast food is not cheap these days.......Just heard on the news this weeks that that's why the rate of obesity among the poor is a lot higher

I going by Highland Foods and get big pack of oxtail and cow heel..not organic but at times I take my shots.  go home and pressure cook and presto in an hour or less I have a whole delicious meal

I want to see how ketchim avoid taking out garbage whether he cook his own food or not.  same thing with the dishes.  might as well take it our fuh ah good cause....ones belly :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[
