Another West Indies Cricket Fiasco who is to be blamed Players or the Board?

There is another impasse involving the West Cricketers and the  West Indies Board. It bears some similarity to what had happened on that failed tour to India. There has been lots of finger pointing on both sides, as usual, which make eager to learn who is to be blamed this time around.

I think the majority of the blame needs to be directed at the board, but at the same time the players themselves aren't helping the situation either.

Instead of the blame game though that's being played by both sides, the time as come to start to sort things out one way or another now, in fact that time came a long time ago, so thinking anything will change now is probably just wishful thinking.

The same players not wanting Players Association representation

BUT private sports agents.

Collective Bargaining Agreement is BETWEEN the Players Association and the Board.

that neuters the sports agents ability to negotiate a Pay check.

The CBA therefore stands.

The Players /Mercenaries are therefore forced to live with the CB agreement.

C'est La Vie

What blame ?
