i tell you america have some strange laws....a permit to feed the homeless...have you ever heard of such nonsense?

many, many american cities like that now.  deh make it illegal to feed the homeless.

but the point here is deh feeding the hopeless but armed themselves fully in case deh have to deal with the police.
