I am anxious to see how Adil Rashid and David Willey fare. If England are to do anything in the T20 World Cup, they will need both to play significant roles. Which team is considered the favourite this year?

Rashid plays for Yorkshire?  Gillespie now Coach for Adelaide Strikers was Coach for Yorkshire?  Is this correct?
