The young woman who was brutally stabbed at a downtown Shoppers Drug Mart last Friday has died in hospital, police have confirmed

The victim, who has been identified as 28-year-old Rosemarie Junor, was pronounced dead at about 8:30 Thursday morning.

Police don’t believe Junor knew her alleged attacker.

Rohinie Bisesar, 40, was arrested on Tuesday and remains in custody. The charges against her were upgraded to second-degree murder and carrying a concealed weapon.
