I would not get too comfortable with the lower prices. This may just be the calm before the storm, and propping up the prices only lasts for so long before they inflate again and higher than they were before.  This seems to happen everywhere whenever they do this. I would enjoy it while you can, because I could be wrong, but I doubt that it will last.
