BREAKING: Putin Reveals 4O Countries That Are Funding ISIS At The G20 Summit

[During the summit] I provided examples based on our data on the financing of different Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) units by private individuals. This money, as we have established, comes from 40 countries and, there are some of the G20 members among them.

If one were to read the caption on this story one will believe that the Western Governments are supporting ISIS. However it states unequivocally that there are PRIVATE individuals (Sympathizers) who are funneling monies to "their' cause to the ISIS counterparts, from the said countries.ย

As responsible citizens, we should not misrepresent information. I know that the need to bastardize the west is ever so prevalent...however the irony is that the people who sought comfort in the west are the ones rushing to chastise it. These very same people will never walk an inch to live in the midst of the ISIS caliphate...however they would lend support to the ideology.

Money coming from countries isn't the same as "countries funding", but yea. Nobody really thought that all of ISIS' supplies come from plundering the region, right?
