Vladimir Putin vowed revenge after Russia declared that a bomb had indeed brought down a Metrojet flight over Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula on Oct. 31. The country released footage of the head of the FSB saying a TNT bomb brought down the plane, and that they had found explosive residue on objects at the crash site. “We must do this without any statute of limitations and we must find out all their names,” Putin said. “We will find them anywhere on the planet and punish them.” The FSB announced a $50 million reward was available to anyone who can help locate the bombers. Russia launched airstrikes in Syria early Tuesday.
