A 21-year-old Toronto man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a woman was found dead inside a vehicle in Mississauga in April.
Ming-Chien ‘Theresa’ Hsin, 59 ,a well known SPA owner was found inside her BMW on Robert Speck Parkway on April 10 - a day after police reported that she was missing.
