COPA to increase flights to Guyana

COPA Airlines will be increasing the number of flights to Guyana from two to four days per week, following the positive response received from Guyanese travellers.The airline made this announcement yesterday, stating that they were given the green light after their request to increase the number of flights was approved by the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority.

This is great news! It did seem that the flights available were simply not enough. This will certainly be a great tourism boost by creating more accessibility to the country, and will consequently improve the Guyana economy in the long run. I heard similar news from Jet Blue if I'm not mistaken. I hope they pill through as well.
