NASA Finds Liquid Water on Mars

NASA has discovered signs of liquid water on Mars, it announced at a press conference Monday morning. "Mars is not the dry, arid planet we thought," NASA official Jim Green announced. Liquid water has never been detected outside of Earth. NASA found evidence that water formed dark streaks on the Martian surface known as as recurring slope lineae. "The discovery we're talking about today is most exciting because it suggests it would be possible for life to be there today," scientist John Grunsfeld said. The University of Arizona's Alfred S. McEwen and other authors of a 2011 study that suggested sloping lines seen on the Red Planet are formed by liquid water appeared at the conference.

Man this is just too exciting for me! I was really waiting for this conference and had to leave and missed it. I'm into all this Mars and universe and UFOS stuff and for me this is just a confirmation of what I've known. We are not alone. I hope that I'm still alive the day that we can actually confirm this!

They may have found water which is essential to life but have they found the other ingredient that is also essential to life? ... WiFi.

Well if the world gets so excited on finding possible traces of water, wonder what they'll do if they find a Martian!

They have people who are here, and they are really 'out there.'

It is an interesting story and also more investigations need to be done, then people will see that this is going to work for humans, and also people should see that this may mean there could be a planet for us which is new. I reckon that water on the planet may show that it could be like earth and also, the planet may be like a new world and it would be nice to visit this place and tour the area. It would be surprising if aliens turn up and decide to take over and rule over the people who are in the planet at time, which could scare people depending on what they look like.
