PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A passenger says there wasn’t much commotion after a man allegedly urinated on fellow travelers during a flight from Anchorage to Portland, Oregon.

KOIN-TV in Portland reports 27-year-old Jeff Rubin was arrested after JetBlue Flight 47 landed early Friday. He’s accused of waking up and urinating in the crack between the seats in front of him.

Suzanna Caldwell is a reporter for the Alaska Dispatch News and was seated two rows in front of Rubin. She tells the Anchorage newspaper no one was screaming. In fact, she didn’t realize anything had happened until flight attendants said police would meet the plane.

She says officers had to wake up Rubin again after he apparently fell back asleep.

The Anchorage reporter also says an officer then asked passengers, “Who got peed on?”

I imagine being that person's lawyer and the best defense I could come up with is that he was sleepwalking so the crime was involuntarily.

" Ladies and gentlemen , this is your captain speaking "Welcome to Portland , it is at present 80 degrees and partly cloudy with chance of a golden shower "

Man, this seems as if the poor guy didn’t even know what happened. Maybe he was truly sleepwalking and had no idea of what he did. Many could find this difficult to believe, but it happens. I have a friend who did this all the time when we were in college, and he claimed not knowing what he did later on. I don’t know, poor guy, but if someone pees on me on a plane I would probably hit him on the face.
