Shiv was awarded honorary Citizenship of Dominica: by PM Roosevelt Skerrit back in 2011.

It was announced at the Windsor Park Stadium 10,000+ Dominican fans !

that Chanderpaul was to be made a citizen of Dominica effectively today.

Well I hope the WICB can do some fundraising to assist the people of Dominica in this time of great need after the devastation caused by TS Erika.
