sucks to be roger goodell right now.
how does a judge have jurisdiction over a judgement made by a judge given the power to do so by the players union itself ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::
if this is right then every decision made on player issues by that judge, the commissioner of major league football, are null and void...and the commissioner/NFL football just became liable for a million lawsuits by players judged by that commissioner from the day his power to do so was ratified by the players representative, for and in behalf of the players.
Pheeeeeeeeeeeew

Goodell says the league "respectfully disagrees" with Judge Berman's ruling and in a statement, says the NFL will appeal. No surprise there
that's an awful decision by that judge. >
