Do we tell people they are having a wardrobe malfunction? Yes or no?

Absolutely, if you are a decent human, you will notify someone if there is a problem. (like toilet paper stuck to someone's shoe as they exit the bathroom)
For example, if I see a guy with his zipper down, I try to make a joke of it, so as not to embarrass them, like "uhmm, you left the barn door open, and the horse might run away". Usually this type of comic intervention is met with a heartfelt laugh, followed by a sincere " thank you" !

Depends on what a malfunction is :

Last weekend at Harbourfront T.O. : this girl wore a see thru summer dress :

without panties.

I was not gonna say " mam. u forgot to put on "
