I hope allyuh seeing why the caricom market is so essential for regional development.  Caricom shud be looking to develop trade and and cheap regional travel in one shot from BG up to the Yard across to central america... Belize and back

I see bigger sea vessels heavy on the cargo, vehicles and lighter on the passengers side..300-400 passenger capacity. but because of the double and tripling up it brings down the cost of travel within the region

5 of those vehicles should allow BG to distribute rice all over the region and central america..and take people around the west indies with their vehicles at local prices.  we can even plan to build that shipping ourselves for we have the basis already in Trinidad for a ship building industry. 

we have to upgrade, develop design engineering, develop the design that fits our region and build them there.

that would give us control of our trade and  make us impervious to price shocks from forrin owned carriers.  it would give us control of a whole lot of capacity..science, engineering, seafaring etc. things like that would bring us into the modern world at a high level..an increasingly high level.

Guyana agriculture would get a certain market and that would be the basis of what would be their solid agricultural development..a market at home they would not have to stretch to reach...

and all of that is lying down in the west indies crying out for development to liberate the people from unemployment and want.  but we have governments who have allowed us to be tied into american production and markets and subject to all the sh!t dependency that flows from that fact

I was thinking and comparing this to BG water internal water transport

This Govt must note it will be competing with the massive US Rice Industry for international markets as Jamaica was forced to reject buying Guyana's rice. The US has only one friend and that friend is itself - selfish. Unless, they are now constrained by shortage of water.
