This Bangladesh team is in really great form at home at the moment and if they should play the West Indies now then they would give them a fine whitewash. Bangladesh should take the lead in this match.

Bangladesh lead by 4 runs with 5 wickets remaining in the 1st innings

Philander picks up his second wicket. Mohammad Shahid out for an enterprising 25 which included 18 runs off a Simon Harmer over. Bangladesh 311/7, a lead of 63 runs with 3 wickets remaining. A lead of 100+ is always important from a psychology standpoint. Liton Das holds the key to making that happen.

326 all out

das 50

61 without loss

South Africa trail by 17 runs with 10 wickets remaining

Stumps Day 3

South Africa have done a good job of clawing their way back into this one. A draw looks the most likely result from here.

I'd say any result is still possible, but naturally I hope that South Africa can still win it. Of course the weather might have the final say, but it would be a shame for it to ruin a good test.
