should he be tried in court for all the sexual assault crimes her committed?

why not


has to be proven

he is 83 Nargis..not 78.

a judge of the courts ordered the release of the court documents in his case many years ago, on the rape charges he had to deal with then.

the documents reveal that Cosby was guilty, is guilty, and admitted drugging and raping the women up to then.  this suggests that he is also guilty of all subsequent charges.

that's it.  case closed! Cosby is done!

why were the women with him in the first place

i loved his show growing up

well i am just wondering if at 83 years old(thanks Maps) is it worth it to go through the trouble? i mean he will die soon right?


How about that German who recorded all the jews that came into the camps at Auswitch[sp] and helped coordinate their demise....hes like 80 something too...they just convicted him and want to send him to jail..


Should age be a factor as to wether or not you go to prison and be convicted for a crime?

guilty is guilty sooner or later. 

if caught, tried and proved.. jail.

the judge can play around with any leeway/leniency the law allows him but that's it.
