1st ODI: England vs New Zealand at Edgbaston

I will consider anything other than a 5-0 drubbing to be a successful result in this series. I am not expecting much though I am looking forward to seeing a few of the younger players such as Hales, Roy, Rashid and Wiley.

It looks as though Southee will miss out for New Zealand with Ben Wheeler set to make his debut.

Bring back Chris Lewis : he has been released !
