West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) president Dave Cameron said the public should know within days whether

Shivnarine Chanderpaul has a future with the West Indies team.

Interestingly, Chanderpaul is one of four nominees for the award of Test Player of the Year at the WICB/WIPA Awards ceremony

that will be held at the Jamaica Pegasus on June 6, 2015.

The date for the awards and the respective categories were announced during a press conference at the Pegasus yesterday

by West Indies Players Association (WIPA) president Wavell Hin

LLOYD: I am a PPP supporter and Shiv is a PNC/AFC supporter. My PPP party lost the recent election in Guyana so I want revenge. I want Shiv gone.

SIMMONS: Well I am looking to create a spot in the team for my nephew Lendl and I want Shiv gone now.

CAMERON: I said in public that I want Shiv to be honored, but in private I also want him gone.

WICB DIRECTOR: So we all agree Shiv must never play another test for our West Indies team.
