I saw Cheddi...and my eyesight it 20/20 when it comes to these things... Kautilya descendant or not Cheddi was sincere in all he was as Guyanese politician and citizen patriot...one of the real honest to goodness fathers of the west indian idea..

Cheddi had to compromise by the end but because most due to the stage of development of the Guyanese people in the face of the power of the empire.  but I dont think he ever compromised in himself..his worldview
