Guyana Elections 2015: a historic election!

So let me get one thing straight,  let's say PNC did win the election, would they (pnc) spend the next 5 years trying to prove ppp

discriminated blacks, and we're thieves,  are they planning to take Guyana forward, or Moses planning revenge?
