Clarke - 50+ (is he fit?)
Smith - 50+
Warner - 48
Doolan - 23
Rogers - 39
Haddin - 39
Marsh - 35
Watson - 35
Burns - 35
Clarke and Smith are dangerous, but Clarke is notorious for sucking outside of Australia and Smith is young and has never really been tested in WI conditions. Warner, of course, is dangerous as hell.
The rest of the team are statistically mediocre, but the Aussies have a knack of pulling good knocks out of nowhere and from nobody.

England's strength is definitely their batting although since January 1, 2014, Australia's batting has been marginally better. Since January 1, 2014, England have averaged 37.34 per wicket. Australia have averaged 40.28 per wicket. Over that time period, England have won 4, lost 4, drawn 3. Australia have won 5, lost 3, drawn 2.

Well numbers don't always tell the full story now do they? I think Australia is a better team than England and they will be a lot more confident especially with their recent world cup win. I think the Australians will be much harder to beat.

You are biased in you thinking. You have no rational thought when it comes to England. You can't argue the fact that Australia's numbers are almost identical to England's since 2014. You may THINK Australia are markedly better than England but the numbers actually say otherwise. Also, Trini was making the point about England's batting as a whole nothing more, nothing less. England's batting is their strong point. Root, Ballance and Buttler are world class.

Since 2012, away from home, Australia have won 4 Test matches, lost 8, drawn 3. If you want to take it back even further, since 2010, away from home, Australia have won 8 Test matches, lost 11, drawn 5. Australia have a losing away record. I don't think you understand the difficulties teams face when playing away from home.
