New England Patriots Likely Deflated Footballs, Investigator Finds

The New England Patriots likely deflated footballs in January’s AFC Championship Game to gain a competitive edge, an independent investigator found.

A report by lawyer Ted Wells said that Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was “at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities” of two Patriots employees who were deflating footballs. The Patriots won the game over the Indianapolis Colts and went on to win Super Bowl XLIX.

The only just punishment is to take back the Superbowl Championship from the Patriots for this last Super Bowl, and reluctantly, hand this Championship to the Sea Hawks.
