More importantly, none of the English bowlers bothered him, he scored effortlessly, and soaked up balls when needed.

Some big names first made their mark in test cricket in just that way. Hope this is a sign of good things to come from Holder.

Wonderful composure and batting displayed by the number 8 batsman Jason Holder. He certainly has ability with the bat has he has shown in the world cup. Holder can be developed into an all rounder for the future if he remains focused.
