A judge in Buenos Aires has told Argentina’s police to arrest Justin Bieber if he returns to the country. The teen star, who was accused of ordering his bodyguard to attack a photographer in 2013, was supposed to appear for questioning last November, but never showed. “I consider it pertinent to order the immediate detention of the accused,†the judge announced April 8. A spokesman from Bieber’s camp claims the case has been resolved.
