James Tredwell is happy with his preparation for the West Indies series after taking 3/35 in the first warm-up match against St Kitts and Nevis.

England dominated proceedings, dismissing the hosts for 50 and reducing them to 76/7 before the captains shook hands.

He bowled in tandem with Yorkshire leg-spinner Adil Rashid but believes the conditions could be favourable for spinners, meaning both men could feature in the first Test on Monday in Antigua.
