Young Captain and Dysfunctional System

Will challenge Phil Simmons :

                                 

An esteemed national coach of Ireland over the past eight years, Simmons returns to find West Indies cricket

in a state of deterioration unrecognisable from his time in the team between 1988 and 1997.

His tough challenge is to improve its status.

He immediately confronts the realities that several of the long-established players are on the wrong side of 30:

most nearing the end of their careers, and that, in contrast, 23-year-old Jason Holder, the new ODI captain,

who is regarded as a long-term investment, needs all the expert help he can get....

Simmons may not have the services of players like Sunil Narine and Dwayne Bravo for the series against England :

since it clashes with the IPL 

There is plenty on Simmons' plate as he returns to his roots.

There is no time to waste.

Phil Simmons is challenged by the young captain that's what....rather saddled already with a young captain who is likely to sabotage his tenure with the west indies ODI team..and soon the test team too! ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::

IF he dont Fall into Line : he can "saddle up"  and leave 

system is dysfunctional indeed...not the cosch who is at the door..entry.  dysfunctional system that has produced a dysfunctional young captain.

show me ketchim..how a dysfunctional system can produce anything but dysfunctional results ::confused::
