Gayle to miss Test series

Now the left-hander has confirmed that the injury to his back will keep him out of the series with England, with the first Test due to get under way in Antigua on April 13.
He said: “I’m actually out of the Test series (against England), the back won’t hold up for that format at this point in time.”

I think the time is right for Gayle to call it a day from test cricket. Gayle's back problems of late means that he will struggle to play cricket for 4/5 days and it is best he sticks to the limited overs forms of the game to extend his career.
